A 1st grader came to school one day with two new kittens in a basket. The family was moving and had called the animall shelter to take them. They were so adorable all cuddled up together in the basket - I had to bring them home with me - there would be no animal shelter for these two. That was 8 years ago. They're completely spoiled and have given us joy, laughter, and companionship.
