Chiquita was found all alone at the side of a river by one of Joe's co-workers. From her size, she appeared to only be about 5-6 weeks old. (We suspect she may have been the only lucky survivor of someone's "disposal" of an unwanted litter by drowning...)

She has been a very loving kitty from day one, and she continues to bring joy into our lives. I guarantee not a day goes by without our being thankful she was rescued!
